Mediha Khan Trio (D)

The trio brings together three outstanding musicians: violinist Adam Markowski, a member of the MDR Symphony Orchestra, cellist Michael Peternek of the Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchestra, and pianist Mediha Khan. Together, they combine the highest artistic standards with curiosity and openness toward a wide range of musical expressions.

In their concerts, works from different eras and cultural backgrounds enter into a lively dialogue. Familiar music is heard in a new light, while unfamiliar sounds open up new perspectives.
